LYRICAL POLE FLOW
Level: Open (Beginner to Advanced)
In this class, you will delve into a graceful and lyrical pole dance routine that spans across 2 sessions. Participants will learn a range of dance techniques like pirouettes, hair flicks, body rolls, balance work, floor skills, and more, seamlessly blending them with pole moves. Students will master basic pole tricks to craft a sophisticated spin pole combination, with adaptations available to cater to individual preferences.
This class is designed for beginners new to dance, providing a gentle introduction. Experienced pole dancers are also welcome to participate in this class.
ARTISTIC TRICKS
Level: Pre-Intermediate to Advanced
Move and dance your way around the pole with this choreo class. A tricks based class choreographed to music, this class teaches you to express yourself through the art of pole dance. You’ll discover ways to move with intention, connecting each movement into a beautiful flow. There will be elements of low pole, floor work, dance and a combo.
Students should be familiar with pole vocabulary and essential techniques such as pole spins, pole climbs, and pole sits. Different choices will be offered to cater to varying skill levels as needed.
EXO BABY
Level: Beginner to Advanced
Start your heels journey here and build a strong foundation for your dancing. We’ll move through flow sequences and gently piece together a choreo. Even our exo baby's, can look forward to smooth pole flows, floor work, and some cool tricks.
You might arrive feeling a little like Bambi—but you’ll leave feeling like you’ve floated around the pole. This class caters to everyone, from beginners to those aiming to refine their basics and enhance their technique. Do bring your dance shoes and knee pads but for those interested in experiencing this class style, wearing socks works too!
EXO FLOW
Level: Pre-Intermediate to Advanced
Bring your dance shoes (and kneepads!) for a choreo in Suki’s signature flow style. This class focuses on moving as one cohesive body through seamless transitions, musicality, and hypnotic movement. Join for a fun and uplifting class where you'll dance a stunning routine using static pole. Anticipate elegant leg work, graceful pole flows, floor work, and some impressive dynamic movements!
EXO TECH
Level: Open (Beginner to Advanced)
Elevate your Exo-Flow with this sequence-based, technical class. Following the warm-up, we’ll condition those ankles for beautiful lines and move through combos and tricks designed to develop your freestyle practice. Expect clear breakdowns on using momentum for efficient movement and clean execution.
At the end of class, you’ll have space to play with and refine what you’ve learnt, adding your own flair as you go. Feel free to wear heels or socks — but kneepads are a must to keep you comfortable and safe!
CONTEMPORARY POLE
Level: Open (Beginner to Advanced)
Get creative using the pole as a dance partner. You’ll learn a mix of choreo and flow sequences that explore the space around the pole and develop your movement quality.
Flow sequences won’t be set to music, giving you the freedom to play and explore. Choreo will be taught over 1–2 classes, making it drop in friendly. Normally a barefoot class but do bring socks and knee pads just in case.
SPIN FLOW
Level: Pre-Intermediate to Advanced
Glide, spin, and connect it all together in this musical, choreographed spin pole class. We’ll focus on linking your tricks and transitions with control and ease, helping you find that smooth, continuous flow from one movement to the next.
Through clear guidance and plenty of time to explore the details, you’ll refine your quality of movement and build confidence in your spin technique — all while moving to music and enjoying the process.
