Choreo Based
Unleash your inner dancer through our choreography-based classes. These sessions offer a platform to express emotions, connect with the music, and explore your wild side.

POLE ELEGANCE: LYRICAL
Level: Open (Beginner to Advanced)
Pole Elegance: Lyrical is a music-led pole class designed to help you express yourself with softness, control, and confidence. We’ll move with the flow of the song, learning how to connect transitions, create beautiful lines and shapes, and use breath and intention for that deep emotional release. This class is suitable for beginners, with clear progressions and plenty of room to learn at your own pace.

We’ll teach one pole lyrical choreo over 2–3 weeks, so you’ll have time to understand the sequence, build familiarity, and truly polish your movement. Expect some floor work, dance movements, pole flow and gorgeous pole shapes throughout, with variations offered for different abilities, so whether you’re just starting out or already comfortable on the pole, you can take part, feel successful, and leave uplifted.

Do bring socks, knee pads and a shirt to cover your shoulders just in case.
ARTISTIC TRICKS
Level: Pre-Intermediate to Advanced
Move and dance your way around the pole with this choreo class. A tricks based class choreographed to music, this class teaches you to express yourself through the art of pole dance. You’ll discover ways to move with intention, connecting each movement into a beautiful flow. There will be elements of low pole, floor work, dance and a combo.
Students should be familiar with pole vocabulary and essential techniques such as pole spins, pole climbs, and pole sits. Different choices will be offered to cater to varying skill levels as needed.

POLE BALLET
Level: Open (Beginner to Advanced)
Pole Ballet is your invitation to feel elegant, graceful, and confident on the pole without needing to be “good” already. This class is suitable for complete beginners, with clear breakdowns and a supportive pace, while still giving experienced dancers plenty to explore.
Expect ballet-inspired focus on technique, alignment, and beautiful lines: how you hold your posture, where your weight goes, and how to move with that smooth, effortless feeling even while learning new pole skills. We’ll learn to be strong in the right places, then soften into movement as the music guides you into gentle, flowing combinations and stunning shapes.

Over 2–3 weeks, we’ll teach one choreographed routine, so you’re not just learning bits, you’ll build something you can really own. Throughout the class, there will be variations and options to suit different abilities, from first-time pole learners to those wanting extra polish and challenge. And yes, there will be filming, so you can capture your progress and leave with a beautiful video that you’ll be proud to share (and rewatch!).
EXO FLOW
Level: Open (Beginner to Advanced)
Exo Flow is your go-to class for building pure musicality and movement quality whether you’re a beginner learning your first clean sequences, or an advanced dancer refining how everything feels. Bring your heels for that extra elegance and line work, or keep it comfy and slide in with socks if that’s your vibe. Either way, the focus stays the same: making each move look effortless and feel connected.

Over 2–3 weeks, we’ll teach one choreographed piece, with filming included so you can capture your progress and take home a beautiful video of your flow. You can expect easy but interesting transitions, basework, and low-flow sequences designed to help you build coordination, endurance, and muscle memory so you’re not just “doing tricks”, you’re *dancing. The style is elegant with a touch of subtle sensuality, and you’ll work through movement that’s smooth, controlled, and expressive never rushed, always intentional.

Do bring knee pads as these may be needed.

EXO HARDSTYLE
Level: Open (Beginner to Advanced)
Exo Hardstyle is the high-energy, urban-inspired class that brings attitude, groove, and big momentum to the pole. This one is welcome from beginner to experienced dancers, so whether you’re building your confidence or polishing your performance, you’ll find your place. Bring your knee pads to protect your knees because we’re going to have fun with floorwork and power moments, and your body deserves the support.
Over 2–3 weeks, we’ll teach one choreographed piece, plus filming so you can keep a fun keepsake of your progress (and yes so you can really see how your style is coming to life). Expect high-energy musicality, cardio-friendly pacing, and dynamic floor drops that match every beat. We’ll focus on connecting deeply with the rhythm more about owning your style and feeling the music than “conquering crazy tricks.” Come ready to sweat, bring your energy, and leave feeling *strong, energised, and buzzing.
CONTEMPORARY POLE
Level: Open (Beginner to Advanced)
Get creative using the pole as a dance partner. You’ll learn a mix of choreo and flow sequences that explore the space around the pole and develop your movement quality.
Flow sequences won’t be set to music, giving you the freedom to play and explore. Choreo will be taught over 1–2 classes, making it drop in friendly. Normally a barefoot class but do bring socks and knee pads just in case.

SPIN FLOW
Level: Pre-Intermediate to Advanced
Glide, spin, and connect it all together in this musical, choreographed spin pole class. We’ll focus on linking your tricks and transitions with control and ease, helping you find that smooth, continuous flow from one movement to the next.
Through clear guidance and plenty of time to explore the details, you’ll refine your quality of movement and build confidence in your spin technique — all while moving to music and enjoying the process.
