What’s new? We’ve introduced some exciting classes! Suki’s Exo Choreo now includes a variety of styles: Flow, Liquid Flow, Hard, and CardiHo! You can find class descriptions on our page.

We also have two Flyaway family days because we cherish spending time with you! Join us for a relaxing Sunday stretch with the wonderful ladies from Yogance on December 1st for a special 90-minute class. Our next fun event is our Christmas dinner on Saturday, December 7th—please reach out as soon as possible to reserve your spot for both!
