November Schedule is Here!
We have an incredible lineup for November brimming with exciting activities! We’re delighted to introduce our next guest instructor, @aleksandra__karolina from Poland, who will be leading her signature classes: Sensotic Flow, Old School, Flownamic, Low Flow Tricks & Transitions, and Heels Technique.
You can find detailed class descriptions and the pricing on our page or website. Aleksandra’s classes will form part of a four-week course, where students should commit to the same weekly class. However, for those unable to commit, we will also provide drop-in classes.

Additionally, we are excited to welcome @ching_monbiella_mon to our team, who will be teaching Heels Dance—a 90 minute class designed to help you dance and feel fantastic! This non-pole-based class will cover dance techniques and focus on movement and music.

Aleksandra's classes have different pricing structure, so please check price list below. You can use your regular Flyaway class credits for Monbiella's heels dance class. Be sure to purchase your credits before October 20th to take advantage of some savings!

🌟 December Timetable is Here 🌟
As we approach the final term of the year, join us to finish on a high note! We’re excited to welcome back @supplesuki and share some updates to our timetable.
We’ve simplified our schedule and introduced an ‘Open’ level class, colour-coded in yellow. This mixed-ability class offers options suitable for beginners. If you’re just starting out, look for the yellow and orange colour-coded classes.
New Classes Include:
- Spin Flow: A choreographed combo of spin pole tricks and fluid movement.
- Artistic Tricks: Focus on tricks with some flow and musicality, using either spin or static pole, depending on the routine.
- Handstands: A floor-based class dedicated to mastering inversions, from headstands to handstands.
- Lyrical Pole Flow: Learn beautiful choreography that emphasises dance movement and expression.
- Exo Tech: A technique-focused class that hones skills and sequences to music.
