Pole Instructor

Heidi

Heidi started her pole journey in 2020,  with no prior dance background. She was in her final year of college and, during the pandemic, wanted something to help pass the time. After one trial lesson, she was hooked. It was challenging (in the best way!) and incredibly rewarding, and knew she wanted to keep going and eventually, started teaching from 2024.

Heidi specialises in pole dancing with heels, and has competed internationally. Through her training and performances, she has developed a real connection to Hard Style, not only because it’s technically demanding (and yes, the tricks are tough!), but because it brings such powerful energy and expression. She loves blending smooth, controlled flow with dynamic, high-energy movements.

In her classes, you can expect choreography that’s fun and engaging, alongside a welcoming space to let go, build confidence, and leave feeling energised and uplifted. Pole is never “just easy” and she truly loves that. Every time you nail a trick or finish a routine, there’s an amazing sense of satisfaction and it’s never boring. That’s exactly why she's drawn to the bold energy of Hard Style.

Competition highlights, 2024 Winner of EG China New Face Rookie Hard division, 2024 (and beyond): Finalist in several other EG competitions, including placing 3rd.
