Head Instructor

Tanya Cheung

Tanya, an accomplished pole instructor, with an impressive list of titles such as The All Ireland Pole Dance Elite Champion 2017 and World Pole Sport & Fitness 2nd place 2019, showcasing her dedication and skill in the art of pole dancing. With over a decade of experience in the field, Tanya is renowned for her seamless and graceful execution of intricate combos.

 

As an experienced teacher catering to all skill levels, she emphasizes the importance of laying a solid groundwork to facilitate efficient progress. Her teaching approach is a blend of fun and professionalism, ensuring that students can easily master movements.

Pole Instructor

Sandar Kyi

Sandar is an aerial and pole fitness addict, mainly practising pilates for conditioning and injury prevention for her aerial activities.

She became fascinated in how pilates can pre-hab and rehab, and became a certified mat pilates instructor in the UK teaching pre/post natal pilates based fitness classes as well as mat pilates classes/ workshops/privates in London.

​

She loves helping people, no matter what age, to achieve their fitness goals and wants everyone to move better with pilates and have fun and get strong with pole dancing/fitness. 

​

And, as someone who has come from a zero love of anything fitness related, to finding pole and pilates, she is a big believer in enjoying whatever activity you do to keep you moving, and she always tries to create a fun and happy community in her sessions.

​

Sandar teaches Pole Basics, which focuses on conditioning, technique and skills.

Angie Wong

Meet Angie, a seasoned pole dance instructor with a passion for fluid heel flow and seamless transitions since 2019. In her classes, Angie creates a supportive and energetic environment, acting as both instructor and cheerleader for her students.

 

Outside the studio, Angie is dedicated to maintaining her fitness through regular strength training sessions. Professionally, she thrives as a full-time HR professional, driven by her natural affinity for connecting with people.

 

In Angie's classes, expect a focus on precision and refinement. From perfecting technique to crafting flawless lines and mastering fluid transitions, Angie's goal is to make pole dancing look effortless while ensuring everyone has a blast along the way. Join her for an enriching experience where learning meets fun!

Cherry Cheong

Cherry embarked on her pole dancing journey in 2014 in Macau, following a year of yoga practice. Prior to this, she had no experience in dance or regular physical activity. The introduction of pole dancing has significantly transformed her lifestyle. Despite lacking a background in sports or dance, she committed herself to enhancing her strength and flexibility. In addition to pole dancing, Cherry has a fondness for aerial hoop and aerial sling disciplines. Her preference leans towards the spinning style in pole dancing, moving elegantly and creating beautiful shapes.

 

Cherry places a strong emphasis on hard work and perseverance, valuing both flexibility and strength. With extensive training in related disciplines, coupled with teaching and coaching experience, she upholds a high standard in her coaching endeavors.

Cherry's signature class is Shapes & Spins, learn beautiful pole tricks on spin pole.

Sundew Wong

Sundew embarked on her pole journey in 2020, with a background in boxing, yoga, and aerial hammock experience. Despite her prior skills, she found pole dancing to be both challenging and captivating. Initially drawn to the art of spin pole, she soon developed a passion for sensual heel dancing. To enhance her posture and movement, she also delved into adult ballet.

 

Balancing her roles as a student and instructor, Sundew emphasizes the importance of excellent guidance and dedicated practice for continual progress. She focuses on refining foundational techniques and ensuring safety for pole novices. Transitioning from her office job to pursue pole dancing full-time, she revels in dedicating extensive hours to the pole.

 

While pole dancing may be daunting for some, Sundew is committed to creating a welcoming and enjoyable learning atmosphere for all.

Suki Ly

Suki is a pole dancer from the UK specialising in flow. Beginning in 2019, with a strong foundation in martial arts, her teaching style aims to embody both discipline and playfulness. 

​

Inspired by movement of all kinds, she shows a passion for learning and developing skills through being a student in various disciplines; from contortion and handbalancing, to ballet and contemporary dance. Able to draw from numerous techniques, Suki showcased her talent winning ExoGen Bali pro Flow 2024.

​

If you're new to pole or experienced, Suki meets you where you are, ensuring a welcoming environment for everyone. Whether you attend class to de-stress from work or dream of competing, you can count on Suki for knowledgable and friendly guidance!

​

Suki will be teaching Basework Tricks, Bendy Pole, Contemporary Pole, Conscious Contortion, Exo Baby, Exo Choreo, Exo Flow & Technique,  Transition Pole and Static Tricks.

Jaclyn Latore

Jaclyn started her pole and aerial hoop journey in the UK towards the end of 2019, fostering a deep passion for fitness during the subsequent lockdown period. Unlike her past inconsistency with fitness endeavors, she found a newfound love for pole. Despite lacking a background in dance, this experience solidified her belief that pole dancing is accessible to all.

​

Drawn to the grace and strength displayed by individuals within the pole industry, Jaclyn continued her pole journey upon relocating to Hong Kong. As an instructor, Jaclyn seeks to equip her students with a solid foundation, understanding how important the pole basics and technique are to progress.

​

She finds pole dancing a fun way to be physically challenged but also a mental rejuvenation, offering a happy and relaxing escape after a demanding day's work.

Ashley Chong

Ashley began her dance journey at the age of 6, Ashley trained in ballet for 10 years and later on she explored various dance styles, including jazz funk and contemporary dance, enhancing her versatility as a dancer. In 2019, she discovered pole dancing, which ignited a new chapter in her artistic expression. 

​

With her background as a qualifed personal trainer and yoga instructor, Ashley combines strength and flexibility in her classes, ensuring a well-rounded experience for her students. Before becoming a pole instructors, she inspired young minds as a school teacher, discovering her true calling in motivating others.

​

Whether you're looking to build strength, improve flexibility, or simply have fun, Ashley is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals while enjoying the art of pole dancing.
