AERIAL HOOP
Level: Beginner to Higher Intermediate
We're introducing an exhilarating beginner aerial hoop class, perfect for those looking for a new hobby or to complement their pole dance fitness journey. Imagine soaring and twirling gracefully in the air, learning stunning acrobatic moves while suspended in a hoop. This fun fitness class offers an intimate setting with a maximum of 3 students, ensuring you receive personalised guidance. Suitable for beginners, just wear leggings and do bring a long-fitting top. Regular Flyaway class credits can be applied. Don't miss this chance to fly!
HEELS DANCE
Level: Beginner to Advanced
Join our Heels Dance Class, where you’ll learn a choreographed routine that highlights the fundamentals of dancing in heels. This feel class is all empowerment and self-expression, encouraging you to move with confidence grace. While dance heels and knee pads are recommended, you can also participate in socks if you don’t have heels. Suitable for complete beginners to experienced dancers, with options to suit your ability. Get ready to strut your stuff and discover the joy of dancing in heels!
